Wordpress Plugin Recommendations

I hope I can explain this, because I don't know what to call it. I am looking for a Wordpress plugin that creates an optin capture that follows the user down the screen in the margin as he scrolls. If the user clicks on it, he gets a form to fill out. I've seen them for Chat boxes. We have a corporate site, so we don't want to be obnoxious.

If anyone has any other ideas, I would love to hear them. In short, I am looking for a pervasive, but not obnoxious optin mechanism for converting leads. Can be a premium plugin.

Yeah and it sounds obnoxious. I cant click off sites with that shit running quick enough.

Try optincrusher it loads from the bottom with a suggestive but not too pushy message from yourself.
