Are these plugins? Most of them sound kind of dumb. But generally for that many, 17 is a steal for most qualities of code.
I've worked in development of wordpress and pushed it's limits to crazy places. I've got my own set of programs I use, that let me custom build anything I need through the cms.

But this is me thinking as a dev. If I were to offer that site, and all teh plugins with it, fully responsive, all the custom features you want created for you, etc blah blah it would probably be around $1500. Depending on the features and how complex the frontend design is.

As for things that will like add a rotator you can customize content and slides etc... Don't buy a plugin, get a level headed coder to build this. Its so simple and much nicer with very simple code.

$17... eh, it just really depends on if you value any of those items enough.

It's called WP Christmas deal at JVZoo - not sure if I'm allowed to say that much - again, it's ZERO to do with me, was just after some experienced WP user thoughts on its value - I guess for $17 it's pretty harmless either way!

Have you tried searching for free ones? There are probably enough free plugins, themes etc. for you to choose from, really.

Usually you choose your plugins based on your needs not by what some package is offering. Also, usually you can find almost anything you need from free plugins. $17 is not much, but why to pay if you have no obvious reason to have this specific set of plugins.

Selecting your plugins, is all depend upon your needs and your site requirements, so it's better to search about it first and then try to find out some free options, after that, if you find that you have to pay for it then go ahead with $17.

I checked the sale page
These plugins are useless that's why they are selling them for $17
