What do you recommend to use by ( easier and seo & user friendly and cost )
and for a wordpress what do you recommend hosting and theme can work for me :)
if you are doing SEO after making a website so I suggest you to go with WordPress , best platform of web so far for me

I recommend WordPress especially If you’re looking for a user-friendly, SEO-friendly, and cost-effective platform. It’s the perfect platform for businesses of all sizes.

I prefer to use WordPress, but I am little bit biased :suspicious:

Rhetorical question. Wordpress, or better alternatives (like a jamstack frontend) ofcourse.
Jamstack rocks.
Used to use wordpress but now I'm converting all the sites I was running to jamstack.
Jekyll with bootstrap.

I know its possible, but it will take time. Even using elementor will cause problems to the beginner because when you are building a website, its just not drag and drop, and you have to think about everything, where every setting is, where you can edit that and that, and then to find a plugin for a smallest possible thing that it seems almost weird that you need plugin for it etc. WP is at times very illogical and especially for no coders, it can get pretty bloated.

If you dont want elementor, you can do gutenberg, which is pretty fine, but its one of the most illogical website builders i have ever seen, its complicated for no reason and switching from elementor, if you got uset to it, to gutenberg will probably be a pain as well.
You are actually 100% correct.

You are like 2000% correct about this Gutenberg thing.
It is so so strange to suddenly add that kind of over-engineered and over-complicated feature to such a simple platform.
I still don't understand how to do several things with it. And I'm not dumb lol.

I am more amazed that they actually want WordPress Developers around the world to abandon much more rational alternatives like Elementor for it

The only reason im in favor of gutenberg is performance, i think its significantly better in that aspect.
Everything else is trash and can be done way better and easier with lets say elementor.

Thanks everyone for sharing helpful replies
I will start with WordPress , All features look better from all sides and it doesn't look that difficult , already built some websites on other platforms so i will try wordpress too and learn about it

:)

From my own experience, I can recommend you WordPress.
I've created with it around 20 blogs, and I can say that it is the easiest to use because of its interface.
Also, from what I gathered, on WordPress, you can find a lot of templates that are not expensive, making your work more affordable.

Goodluck!

Both WordPress and Wix are popular website building platforms, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. WordPress is a more powerful and flexible option, offering greater customization options and a wider range of plugins and themes. It is also self-hosted, meaning you have more control over your website and data. However, it requires a bit more technical knowledge and can be more difficult to set up for beginners.

Wix, on the other hand, is a simpler drag-and-drop website builder that is easier to use for those with little to no technical experience. It also offers a wide range of templates and has a user-friendly interface. However, it is not as customizable as WordPress and may not be suitable for larger or more complex websites.

Ultimately, the choice between WordPress and Wix depends on your specific needs and preferences. If you are looking for more customization and control, WordPress may be the better option. If you prioritize ease of use and simplicity, Wix may be a better fit.

For a beginner in WordPress, I recommend using a user-friendly hosting provider and a well-supported theme

When selecting a theme, consider the following factors:

  • Responsiveness: Ensure the theme is mobile-friendly and adapts well to different screen sizes.
  • Customization: Look for a theme that allows you to customize the design, colors, and layouts according to your branding and preferences.
  • SEO-friendly: Check if the theme is optimized for search engines and follows best practices for on-page SEO.
  • Support and updates: Choose a theme that is regularly updated and has good support documentation or a support forum.

The choice between WordPress (WP) and Wix depends on your needs and expertise:

1. WP offers more flexibility, strong SEO capabilities, a user-friendly interface, and cost-effectiveness. There's a wide range of hosting providers, themes, and plugins to customize your site. Hosting options include SiteGround, Bluehost, and WP Engine. Theme recommendations include Avada and Astra, and Elementor for a page builder.

2. Wix, while less flexible than WP, is known for its convenience and ease of use, especially for beginners. It's a good option if you prefer a simpler process and don't require advanced customizations.

Each has its pros and cons. WP might involve a steeper learning curve but offers more control and scalability, while Wix provides a straightforward, user-friendly experience for those not looking for in-depth customization.
