WordPress Malware Infection related issue

I have noticed lots of websites hosted on my servers are getting infected and they are being redirected to third-party websites. Most of them developed on WordPress without any nulled or cracked theme, plugins. If we scan with ClamAV many useful files are getting deleted.

Is there any module available to prevent such issues and scan complete server without removing necessary files.

It'd be easier to help if you can share

1. The name of your hosting provider.
2. If it's shared/dedicated/vps hosting.
3. When does the redirect start to occur?
4. If you're hosting any other custom scripts/CMS on your hosting account.
5. The screenshot of the scan results.

In many case wordpress hacked due out of date 3rd party plugins or themes.
