Maybe in the Americas or another weird country, only one out of those two that might be good is Drupal. Joomla is a fckn hobby project and been so since over 20 years back with name changes and forks.

But they have been using WP in some smaller websites since 2007. One of the reasons I switched to WP from my old PHP Cart was because I read back then that forty-something percent of the websites were using WP, "Even NASA is using it !" it said, lol.
 
I wonder how devs feel about this move. They used to criticise WordPress for having the worst security profile.
