Maybe in the Americas or another weird country, only one out of those two that might be good is Drupal. Joomla is a fckn hobby project and been so since over 20 years back with name changes and forks.

One of the reasons I switched to WP from my old PHP Cart was because I read back then that forty-something percent of the websites were using WP, "Even NASA is using it !" it said, lol.
