wordpress flash player help

hey guys so i need some help , so on my wordpress website the videos are saying http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
when my pc is fully updated and im using google chrome so it already has it installed. got no idea what to do next could use your help

Install flash, you are good to go. Alternatively, try using html5 player if flash not available ( if u r a dev).

Use an alternate browser. It could be a browser issue.

Try another browser first to see if it is browser related. Check Chrome's settings and make sure flash plugin is enabled. Do you have any addons that could be blocking it?
