Wordpress Automatic fake download links from title

I've seen a plugin that creates a fake download link at the end of the post which contains the title and .zip at the end with inflated size which redirects to a page that says create download link then refreshes > 30 seconds > gives the download link it looks similar to this - prntscr . com/nuxlj9 (sorry for the bad link, don't have the required posts)

It might as well be an auto posting plugin that i don't know which has this feature but my searches has come up empty..
