I used TXTasPost and TBS on over 40 blogs. I created over 200 hand spun articles for each site, uploaded the zipfile, set the time to ever 25 hours, and just let her run

Took a little time but you can let it run for months and never touch it again. Are you looking to add product links and other info to each individual blog or just doing this for fresh content and more crawls?

The drawback with WPDesktop is that it is not a "Multi-thread application." If you want to launch multiple WP blogs, you have to launch as many instances of WPDesktop or do them one by one.
Also, it seems to be primarily work with hosts that have cPanel. In other words, hosts that have proprietary control panels such as DreamHost, iPower, Powweb, Hostable and others might be a problem.
