woocommerce payment gateway

Is it possible to add a payment method in woocommerce without plugin. Doing it manually from script like we do in non-CMS websites. I have installed PM plugin for woocommerce but getting problem. its not working. plugin was download from perfect money website. and every thing is set perfectly. I am 100% sure i have made no mistake. all other payment methods are working fine. But getting problem with PM. it doesn't switch to perfectmoney.is site after I click on "pay with perfect money" option. I contacted PM and they said integrate it manually from script. Is it possible? A little idea is fine for me. I can do the rest then. Thanks in advance. Sorry for my bad english.

What's wrong with the plugin?

It way easier to edit when updates are release etc etc...

when i click on pay with perfect money. it does not switch to perfect money website. all other payment gateway are working fine. but don't know whats wrong with this
