Wonder Why Do Chinese Speed Tests?!

I wonder why do Website speed tests from China are always slow!, I mean china has to have high speed internet for sure, but every time you test any site from multiple locations around the world no matter how close your servers are to china, china is always where your sites will load slowwwwwwwww.

Why is this ? Is it something to do with that great wall of china, I mean "Great firewall of china" lol.

Yes, the Great Firewall of China is part of the cause for chinese websites to load so slow. Another reason is that Chinese Internet Providers charge a lot for the international peering because the demand for the international market is just not there and a lot of chinese servers do not wanna pay extra for the international peering.

May be there are not so many peers available

You need to first select a Hong Kong-based server ISP as your intermediary proxy, and then connect to China through Hong Kong. This way, the speed won't be too slow.
