I had a guy I respect above and beyond any level of respect you could offer a guy say to me "Without you I would not be successful".

That is so wrong... this guy had work ethic, vision, goals and a business plan... all I did was validate it.

He is in the process of setting up a business with 50 employees and offered me a piece of the business as a thank you... that was past generous and something that brought tears to my eyes... much too humbling.

I declined.

If I share with anyone as to business ventures/personal help/random other stuff here or other places it is to make the world a better place... not for personal gain. I have plenty of personal gain and don't need more... my family is set for a long, long time.

I don't share for gain in my own life with the exception of knowing that what I am sharing is helping others so there is some personal satisfaction there for sure.

The personal satisfaction and the feeling that I am helping others (those of you that are fortunate to have the same opportunity know this) is well past anything financial.

If you are blessed by what I share I'm double blessed and please share what little you get from me with others so they will share a small part of what I have shared with you.

Giving back does not always equate to giving to the one that gave and 90% of the time I bet the one that gave feels as I do there.

Well I thank you very much for your sharing :D it has been very helpful :) I have learned a lot from the information that you shared with me.

You are one of the few people here that I avidly follow, and that is mostly because of how genuine you are when it comes to helping people.

I think one of the most important things we can do in life is pay forward our successes and help those that are struggling.

Truth be told I learned a bunch from that particular guy... I deal with a lot of different folks and I know they get some benefit from what I share but it's a 2 way street... I get tons of benefit from them as well.

At the end, the personal gain is mostly numbers. The feeling of doing something for someone, helping them, and somehow contributing to another person having a better quality of life - that is what sticks. Just building that up makes up for a happier life and higher personal satisfaction.

A lot of people wouldn't do that if they had the same opportunity, but you will be more fulfilled than a lot of people and you can't spend that.

Giving back is the true spirit of BHW, and from my own experience,
I have found that there is something truly "magical" about it.

It seems that the more you give, the more you receive.

Without sounding too much like a "New-Age Guru", I guess it is
what they call the Law of Abundance". We all have something
we can give here on BHW. Whether it is a new money making
method, or just a kind word to someone who needs cheering
up. I love this forum and I have the greatest respect for the
members like BTB who give of themselves on a regular basis.

Cheers! - "Wiz"

How fulfilling would it be to be mentored by btb, i'll be so honored!. Thanks for saying you. You just kept on motivating me.

Wow, Sounds like you made quite a impact on him.

That's awesome though, You don't hear to many stories like that now days where people are willing to go out of there way to help others.

Love how you declined the offer. Shows how grateful and humble people can be.

Read the title and this was my response:

Without Your Linkpushing 3.0/4.0 I Would Not Have A Site On First Page :D

Sorry for the off topic comment :)

The real greatness lies in always being humane, humble, helpful, and readily available towards those who are at crossroads of life and need your able hand, consciously or subconsciously, to get a gentle push ahead in the right direction...

...and you are such a glowing Guidepost. Thank you for being it.

God Bless you, OP.

People who give never lack. And that is the main reason why BHW is growing daily.BTB you are loved!

bhw is best place where millionaires are made daily.Bhw is finest place for everybody on earth .We could learn a lot from here ,once we stick it is difficult to leave the forum. Its the place of taking and giving it back

since day one (lurking-days) BTB was one of the few i always enjoyed reading - and even after he is.
you could tell from all the stuff he posted that theres a fine character behind the screen name.
he isn`t the only one of course - but one (of the few) that i remember since the day i found this place.

really nice post which underlines what i was thinking of him just from gut-feeling...
...and therefore he just deserves to be able to say that he and his family is set for a long time.

you`re a good guy...
...keep it on dude!

blessings.
