I'm just disappointed that Bradley "Wiggo" Wiggins was pulled from racing this year. He was a REAL athlete with no suspicion of being a cheat. The cycling world is so rigged and is very similar to F1 where Maclaren would tell Lewis Hamilton to pull back so that Jensen Button could win.
Sport is going down hill and cheating is on the rise. There's very little we can do about it.

I hang my head in shame to be a part of the sporting world when it's like this. Although I've never used drugs so I guess I'm one of the 'good' minority and not many other swimmers have.
I don't know if you watched the Olympics last year but I was there watching the Badminton and it was the worst sight to see - people purposefully diving away from the shuttlecock to lose the point so that they wouldn't have to face a harder opponent in the next round.

The reason it is news is because there used to be millions of dollars to be made in sport...
All that has changed in the last ten - twenty years now there is billions of dollars to be made in sport...
That means the drug pushers are all over the competitors 365/24/7...
Because the stars take the drugs and the sellers make millions $$$$$$
That's why it is news as it is all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$....

They can only detect drugs that are known and added to the banned list. With all the pro athletes out there in the world making millions each, a scientist could develop a performance enhancing drug and sell it to a select group of people for alot of money.

And I think Lance Armstrong should be given a bit of slack. To win all those Tour De France' on drugs is quite astonishing. I tried to ride my bike once whilst I was on drugs and I fell off straight away.
