Wise impossible to top up

Hello, I want to top up my Wise personal account but I get this message "Sorry, card payment method is unavailable for this payment, you can fund this payment via another payment method."...

I have already top up several times without any problems, the account is old and has no blocking problems etc. It looks like a kind of shadowban (only for the top up credit card).

I've contacted support but they are useless. Have any of you had this problem? Thanks

Same Problem, But I have done it with plastic card, They Are Accept only Real Plastic Cards

Hello! If your account isn't visibly blocked, Wise may have flagged your card or account for internal reasons (e.g., KYC/AML checks), which could explain the "shadowban" .If you're using a card not in your name or from a different country than your Wise account, it might be restricted
 
Same Problem, But I have done it with plastic card, They Are Accept only Real Plastic Cards
thanks for your answer, what you mean plastic card ? physical ? For example you top up Wise with a physical Revolut ?

thanks for your answer, I tried other cards with same name/other names, differents amounts.. don't work
