My Wise account has been blocked, and there is a significant amount of money on it. I am attaching the email I received from them:
We’ve closed your account.
We’re unable to share the specific reason why we’re closing your account. As a regulated financial institution, there's limited information we can share when we close an account. But you can read our Terms of Use, where we explain how we’re allowed to close accounts.
You can always appeal our decision. We’ll then review your details again to see if we can reactivate your account.
If you still have money in your Wise account, you’ll need to submit an appeal so that we can refund it to your bank account.

Could you please advise on how to proceed and the best steps to take to recover my money?

Did you try to appeal the decision? What did you sell using wise ?

I actually received the same email from them a few months ago, and the money arrived in less than 3 days. There’s no complicated process—just make sure that when you add your bank details, the name on your bank account matches your Wise account.

For personal accounts, the bank details should be in your name, and for business accounts, they should match your company name. It’s as simple as that!

Just appeal it, I don't believe they'll hold your funds after the appeal unless you're leaving out critical information. But I have heard a lot of bad things about Wise in general - funds getting frozen when transferring and being stuck in limbo for months.

Another reason to never leave huge amounts of money on Paypal, revolut, Wise, Skrill, etc.

so is there no any support team who is helping out their users?
I tried calling them and they can't help you. They say the same thing as the email, they can't share the specific reason and you can appeal.

I haven't seen anyone who succeeded with the appeal

Happened to me also after 2 years of using that account
it's business account but they didn't close it yet
they said they will close it soon so I have the chance to take out my money

Have you contacted Wise customer support through their official website?

Can you suggest some good services?

Wise just accepted my appeal and activated my account, this is the reason they mentioned

Your recent activities go against our Acceptable Use Policy. This is because we don’t support sending or receiving payments from platforms that deal with cryptocurrency — you’ll find this stated in section 1.2.2.c of our Acceptable Use Policy.

And if I do that again I will have to say bye bye to my account.

Once again, I make sure that before using the service, you need to read the Rules well, and perhaps more than once. We don't think we check the box that we agree and move on. Nothing changes in this world.
