I LOADED WINDOWS7 on my thinkpad and thought all i needed was my product code. well after logging online it tells me i need to register before 30days i need help any one that can point me to the right direction on this i would highly appreciate it seriously i only have 13 days left thanks

It's a 2 minute Job. Go to Computer then right click and select Properties.
Scroll down below and there will be a link Activate windows", Just press that and follow the instructions.

if they have phone registration do that. also, if thats your copy of the OS, you should be entitled to register a second copy to a laptop. your post could use more detail

Is it a genuine copy of Win7? If not then do a torrent search for "Windows Loader" and activate it that way.

All Windows installations ask you to register with Microsoft, but it is optional. Win7 must be activated within 30 days of installation. This is accomplished by entering the product key and clicking "Activate".
