I have a desktop which can run 7*24, but the network is hard
since it's in china.
So i need a remote windows VPS which is stable and cheap can run
instagram botting
Any recommend?

It depends on how many threads you're willing to run, but better leave it for a minimum of 1GB RAM / 1 CORE for each BOT / Thread.

Be note that while getting an VPS for botting that will consume allotted processor, some of these vps providers can suspend service and may ask to reduce cpu usage. As they use shared processor cores.
