Windows acting weird

Hi, from 4 days, a weird thing is happening. Suddenly, the cursor and everything starts to super lag like crap and the taskbar gets reset by itself and then it's back to normal. It happens for like 6-7 times throughout the day.

I'm using Win 10. Bit defender paid + Malware bytes paid is installed. And a couple of other daily usage softwares are installed.

I regularly clear temp files and prefetch as well as I do disk cleanup.

Any idea how to fix?

Run a full virus scan if you haven't done already. If any recent windows updates have installed, remove them and see if that resolves.
if any recent software has been installed remove it and see if that resolves.

if answers to above is now, install latest updates and see if that resolves.

check task manage > performance monitor and look at what is happening when this lags starts in terms of CPU usage, disk activity etc - you may find the culprit in this way.

Just FYI you generally don't want to run 2 AV at the same time.

But since it's Win 10 why not just reset it: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/reset-windows-10-pc

Bit defender and Malwarebytes only detected KMSpico as virus and malware. But everyone in the internet says KMSpico being the windows activator is false positive.

Disc activity is from 0%-1%.

Anything I need to do?

You don't say. As all anti malware/virus has heavy programs. Check in task manager what is takingb so much memory. Probably Google Chrome or a. Background updater.

Had no end of trouble on my main machine recently after a Windows update.

Windows defender found a severe Torjan on a file Ultimazon ( Win32/Tiggre!rfn ), so after removing that I ran a second tool to rescan.
Ended up first running ESET online virus scanner, which came back with 2 issues.
Still didn't resolve it so went with malwareBytes and ADWcleaner which found a few more things hidden away.
Then went to RKill and it's been working fine.

Dude all windows activator count as malware.. Same goes for keygens. If you have scanned it. For example jingling traffic bot also gets removed by AVG due to the network connection it makes

You can go to the control pannel, click "Programs and Features" to remove any programs that you don't think you installed.

Find someone into computers and get Win 7 with SP3 and install using a flash drive with a Microsoft win7 installer.

Win 7 was my fav but it's not as smooth as win 10 like everybody says.
Also, when ransomware hit last year, it hit win 7 pcs most than pcs with win 10. So, win 7 is a bit vulnerable nowadays, don't you think?
