i'm thinking of doing it and would love to know if it's safe to take such route in the platform?

Twitter's own scheduler sucks. I tried to arrange my post and i put some time to it. But then i realized that beyond 50 tweets it deletes other ones. After I did nearly 100 i saw my mistake. you are choosing time by hand for 50 tweets is very frustrating.

I didn't knew as I don't go upto 30-40 tweets, Thanks for info :)

whoah such downfall lol. guess i'll just look into the suggested schedulers in this thread instead.
 
Yeah, a lot of users do that. But you need to be careful not to over do it and try to space the posts within a 24-hour period. Too many too frequently is never recommended. Even for manual posts, actually.
