Hi there,

Do you think Tik Tokers will be able to do ads like on youtube in the future or what are your predictions?

Of course, its seems to be the way social media is ever shifting. If they can find a way to make more money you can guarantee they will do it. I mean look what happened to Youtube over the years, Facebook I find pretty much unusable in terms of the amount of ads slapped on everything. Paid sponserships are how they keep high profile users to draw more attention to the platform definitely.

I appreciate your reply. That's what I am thinking as well. Hopefully, It will happen sooner than later. I really love the platform.

They will, but i'm not sure how it will be effective for advertisers to be honest. Also, the way videos go viral on tiktok is amazing, they will have to change certain things so that they can gain from ads/advertisers.
 
Tiktokers can do ads I’ve seen many on my for you page

Most of the ones I’ve seen so far have been sponsored
 
These companies always start with a free to use and once they build a heavy following start implementing advertising. Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and now Tik Tok.

Definitely. If there is a way for any tech company to screw you they definitely will, that's why they got in the game..

Tik Tok ads are only allowed by application. Going to be the next dominant ads platform
 
They would have to think about it carefully, because most of it's public are gen z whogot tired from people selling them shit on instagram

I think it's possible, but it doesn't make sense. Tiktokers themselves advertise certain things by recording videos or reactions/duets. Why pay for advertising if you can pay for individual TikTokers who will launch the next trend?
 
Absolutely.

Whenevr there's a chance for money to be made, it must happen. Period.

I think TikTok will expand into A LOT OF THINGS people don't expect

Maybe even an "OnlyFans' kind of option where people can subscribe to exclusive content

Yes sure - when it brings more money to the platform by allow ads for user base then tik tok will defintely welcome it
