Of course, its seems to be the way social media is ever shifting. If they can find a way to make more money you can guarantee they will do it. I mean look what happened to Youtube over the years, Facebook I find pretty much unusable in terms of the amount of ads slapped on everything. Paid sponserships are how they keep high profile users to draw more attention to the platform definitely.

They will, but i'm not sure how it will be effective for advertisers to be honest. Also, the way videos go viral on tiktok is amazing, they will have to change certain things so that they can gain from ads/advertisers.

I think it's possible, but it doesn't make sense. Tiktokers themselves advertise certain things by recording videos or reactions/duets. Why pay for advertising if you can pay for individual TikTokers who will launch the next trend?

I think TikTok will expand into A LOT OF THINGS people don't expect
