Will SEOquake show correct numbers of backlinks?

Will SEOquake show correct numbers of backlinks or near enough? If not, what do you use, I use Market Samurai too but its so fucking slow lately.

SEOQuake shows however many backlinks show up in Yahoo Site Explorer. It will generally show between a quarter and a third of the actual number of backlinks but results vary. No tool can show you 100% of the backlinks.

yeah it will show the yahoo bl...but ive learned that even the yahoo bl explorer only shows about 25% of backlinks.

the only sure way to check how many backlinks you have is to enter the url where your link is placed in google around "" to see if google indexed it, therefor making it a bl....if you have sb then they have a add-on that does this for you.

if you get a pro membership with seomoz you can check up to 10,000 backlinks, as opposed to the 1000 backlinks from yahoo. Unfortunately most services or programs that check backlinks uses the yahoo info, so if you want more the only service I know of is from seomoz
