There are some good sellers on the marketplace section of the forum. You can try some of them.
Yeah just wish there was like a monopoly of the top 5 sellers so I dont have to do deal with any sketchyness. Or if you know the top seller or agency that rents you can let me know thank you.

Other buyers leave reviews on sellers sales threads. You should be able to decide after reading the reviews of other buyers on the forum.

They actually reviewed it, if you're lucky you'll be reinstated. If it's been more than 24 hours, your account is still disabled and you can appeal again

You can submit identification documents that match your profile picture for better approval.
