Will my facebook AD account get reinstated?

Hello guys,

So I recently spoke with a facebook representative and they said they expedited my review and i should get some good news in 24 hours. Is this a blatant lie or do these words hold true to any of you who had there accounts reinstated?

Because its almost been 24 hours and I have not seen anything happen just yet. Your feedback would be deeply appreciated thanks.

Please wait about 24 - 48 hours. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification. Or maybe your appeal has been suspended, you need to contact FB support again
 
No one can answer that for you, only FB employees who are bipolar, histrionic and completely unpredictable with their random policies.
 
Usually it's pretty random so don't hope they will it's a lot of luck as well just pray and wait.

I have already waited 2 months with no chat function so just yesterday i got the chat function open and i talked to them and they said its now expedited im hoping to see someone here have a similar experience with customer service and getting there account reinstated in 24 hours as they said.

That is an answer with the intention of removing responsibility from FB.

Maybe your account doesn't have information that matches the identification documents you appealed, making it impossible for them to unlock your account.

all my IDs are valid they restricted me for inauthentic behaviour cause i paused an AD lol. I even asked the rep does my account look good he said yes it looks very good. he was a very reassuring guy and he said in 24 hours im sure they will make a decision. Wether the decision is good or bad i dont care i just want to be updated with a final decision.

In my opinion, an appeal account will usually have the restrictions removed and restored within a period of 27 - 48 hours or maybe 72 hours.

If after 72 hours the account is still not restored, the reason is:

1: The verification account does not match the identification documents (It may be because the face photo cannot be identified or the date of birth does not match)

2: The account has submitted an appeal but FB support does not process it and is temporarily suspended. It's an error from the management department

27-48 hours thanks your response has made me feel more assured. I have heard from a youtube video if they say they will expedite the issue thats a great sign. As most customer reps say "I cannot help you with this matter etc" I guess ill just have to wait now.

All issues will be resolved by FB within a few days, but if the account is not restored, the appeal will be suspended

What do you mean by the appeal will be suspended? So if they dont restore my ad account i cant even appeal it anymore? how long will the appeal be suspended for?
 
If after 24 hours you still do not receive a notification, you should contact support again because no one knows when your problem will be resolved.
 
The good news only really comes when you receive the message "We have restored your account..." All other Facebook notifications are just to reassure users.
