Will multiple redirect links to same website work on pinterest?

Have you guys tried this before?
I want to achieve the effect of using multiple Pinterest accounts to increase traffic and authority for the same website.
First, I'll buy 3 domains, e.g., site1.com, site2.com, site3.com.
Then, I'll create 3 Pinterest accounts, make high quality Pinterest pins, and when viewers click the links, they'll jump to the same website example.com.
Simply put:
    • I'll redirect site1.com/post1 to example.com/post1
    • Then redirect site2.com/post2 to example.com/post2 Is this feasible?
    • Will Pinterest detect that multiple accounts redirect to example.com and block all my Pinterest accounts and example.com?"

Yes, your method could work, but Pinterest does track redirect patterns, especially when multiple accounts point back to the same final destination. Even with different domains, if example.com is always the endpoint, it’s possible their system flags that as coordinated activity. Over time, they might penalize your accounts, domains, or even blacklist your main site.
To reduce the risk, consider adding intermediate content layers (like blog pages or pre-landers), vary your redirect paths, and fully isolate each Pinterest account using clean browsers, distinct environments, and ideally mobile proxies. Mobile IPs give better behavioral separation, making it harder for Pinterest to cluster the accounts together.
 
It does sound feasible on the surface but Pinterest's algorithms are pretty sophisticated. They're constantly evolving to detect patterns and potentially penalize accounts that seem to be artificially inflating traffic. The biggest risk I see is Pinterest identifying the common destination website example.com. If they perceive the multiple accounts as spammy or manipulative they might indeed flag all accounts involved and possibly even the target website.

If you link those 3 together- you're basically risking a domain ban
 
Pin real landing pages on each domain with unique content, then link to your main site. Pinterest sees real pages instead of redirects and won’t block you.
 
Technically, it can work, but Pinterest is pretty smart about cross link footprints. If they see multiple accounts funneling to the same money site via redirects, they might flag you for manipulation. Safer to diversify your final destinations or rotate landing pages instead of hard redirecting everything to a single domain.
 
You can do this : Don't directly redirect the URL automatically , make a Landing page where you tell the visitor to "click here for the desired content " ( use a big clear button) .
In my experience , this works good but be ready for a lose of at least 60% of the traffic, due to the double layers of converting visitors to the website .
 
This method can help increase traffic, but Pinterest will detect and mark Spam immediately. Instead of using multiple accounts, you can try focusing on content quality and creating natural interactions to avoid risks

its will work but theres a high chance of a spam ban

I’ve tested this on a small scale 2 domains + 2 Pinterest accounts, both redirecting to a main site. It worked for a bit, but by week 3 one of the accounts saw a visibility drop. I switched to using unique landing pages with value-focused content and it’s been way smoother.
If you go this route, avoid 1:1 redirects. Add some delay, real content, or at least a soft CTA before sending traffic over. Pinterest seems to care more about user intent now, not just link volume.
