Will Manual web 2.0 network give penalty like PBN's?

I am thinking of creating a web 2.0 of myself and linking it to my money website but will it lank a penalty like making a PBN and linking it ?

Original web 2.0s doesn't have any power/link juice, people use it for the diversity of anchor texts or as a Tier 1 so they can use more risky links to fire it up.
Anyway, No. Web 2.0s can't make a penalty like PBNs except that you used a LOT of exact anchor texts in those Web 2.0s.
