Will long form content die slowly on YouTube ?

Relax!

Long videos aren’t going anywhere. Youtube Shorts are fun, but people still want deep dives and tutorials. Think how-to videos or mysterious you won’t find that in short clips. Short videos are for quick laughs, long ones for learning.

Due to it, YT is working in a tab called courses when you will upload horizontal long videos and individually check them as free or pay for view

Every day the consum of vertical content is increasing due to the mobile app

As I have said, the 80% of horizontal videos has no sense, people filling the 16:9 background with funkos and lights for not recording in a blank wall

Horizontal videos only have sense now if there is a screen recording for a tutorial, for the rest vertical is best, even on smart TV or pc screen
 
I don't think so. imo shorts may die, no matter how hard youtube pushes it, but not long form.. that essentially is why ppl go to youtube
 
I don't think it ever will. People like me watch long form YT content in place of traditional television. I think traditional television will die long before YT long form.
 
i don't think it will die, there are things that you can't do in shorts so now, they might be more popular but won't be the main souorce of income, it just bring people that love quick content, watch it on the go.

This video is the proof of the no sense of horizontal videos

The YouTuber has to fill the background with a rack and a plant and also filling blanks in other frames with all kind of B-rolls

Nothing he is showing is incompatible with vertical content

Long videos in vertical format are the future

I got where I can't watch long videos. Even tutorials. I gank a transcript and have a.i.
Give me the tl:dw. And also dump out all sites and commands.
