Will AdSense Help with Indexing & Organic Ranking?

So per Google, they are separate things, but has anyone seen evidence to the contrary? Like adsense helping you improve your rank or get indexed faster?

I would say I've had anecdotal evidence that Adsense used to help with indexing in the past, but from what I can see this hasn't been the case for at least a couple of years. Ditto with any rank improvement.
