I recommend don't force index those backlinks. Let google find your backlinks naturally. No of links/day depends on your site age and existing backlinks. If your domain is relatively new or if you have low backlinks count then start slow and gradually increase every week or so.

30-50 links would not harm you in any case plus you are using unique articles too for your links, Instead of getting banned i would say with this link strategy you are gonna rank eventually.

LOL stop listening to guys saying that you will get banned, you will just DANCE! Maybe you will get off the SERP-s for a while, but come in few days few positions upper and stronger! And 30-50 links a day is even low, unless they are all highly relevant high PR ( actual page PR) do-follow links which I doubt. Just keep doing this and increase your number of links daily as you go. HELL, if you want, just spam the shit out of it and you will come on first page, but you wont stay long there though

I didn't think I would have any problems if I used unique content. My competitors have no nofollow links, use mostly blogs, lost 1k links in a month. Thats horrible diversity and unnatural seo so I was thinking it would work out because I ONLY use unique content and nothing more.

You guys all helped answer my question, and thats why I figured I could do fine with 30-50 links a day.

I can tell you from experience that no you definitely won't get banned based your link building strategy. I have used a similar approach in the past to great effect. Continue as you were and don't keep checking the SERPs every few hours, or even every day as you'll be up and down for a while and it will either confuse you or stress you out! As others have said here, you'll eventually end up higher & stronger than before with this type of link building, but it's tireless task!

No not at all, Just keep doing it. I usually make like 40-60 or sometimes 100 links a day. But i keep diversifying the overall process.
