Will 2checkout ban me if i doing in this way?

Hi guys, i want to ask something about the 2checkout account banned issue.

So, i want to apply for 2checkout account for my dropshipping store. My country dont support Stripe. pity me...

But, in my shop currently has some copyright infringement item selling... i know definitely it wont get approved if i just apply the 2checkout like this way with those copyright item listed in my shop...

So, i was thinking whether i should temporally take down those item in my store while i applying the 2checkout account... Then, once i get approved for the 2checkout account, then only i relist those items to my shop again? And i can start receive the credit card payment again.

But, i am wondering if 2checkout find out later i have listed those copyright item, will they ban my 2checkout account and take away those money... as i know they dont pay out daily.. this sound abit serious...

So, is there anyone has experience or knowing this issue?

P/S: I know there is a possibility the 2checkout person will ask for dropshipping supplier document when i submitted application, but if get blocked in this way, i think i will just give it up, because i think there is very difficult to provide those supplier documents as there are so many items will be listed in our store...

Applying with 2checkout is one, being approved is other story.

If you are approved from 2checkout while you have these items in your inventory, you wont have issues.

They will find out for sure.

Also they will ask you to remove this specific item if they think it's bad. They will work with you so you can get approved. They won't decline you. However, if you can't do what they ask you won't get approved.

I heard many said 2checkout will hold our money (probably if we are selling some copyright item)... is that true?

What if i take down those copyright item first, and if i get approve from them, then only i readd them back to my store? Will this way cause my account ban and all the money i receive from this account get hold by 2checkout?

As much as I remember they hold 10% for a couple of weeks and then release it.

Don't know if they will ban the account or will issue a warning 1st. Never had a warning from them and I was using their gateway few years.

Still better than PayPal but not better than personal online POS terminal

You can't sell copyrighted items with 2checkout if you do not have permission. It is against their TOS.

Even if you take them out and add them after you get approved, you are still violating their TOS. If they find out, yes, they will ban you and keep your money. (Why would they give you money after you violated their TOS?)

Alright... because i cannot use Stripe in my country... so 2checkout is the only choice if i want to accept credit card payment... paypal do can, but sometime it require the customer create paypal account which is troublesome...

Thats is the part i worry... banding people account suddenly... sometime we cannot deny that this type of company saw your account has a lot of money then wan to keep it with them, so they simply find reason to seal our account... nowadays, even Stripe can accept dropshipper and some shop selling copyright item... i just dont understand why 2checkout still cannot...

Most large brands have bots scraping the WWW after copyright violations. Your item will be found.
