WikiRobot No Longer Working?

I just tried to use wikirobot and it says "trial expired".

I then put in my unlock key and it says "not activated".

And before it is asked;
yes I paid for my license.

I just emailed support so I'm waiting to hear back.
In the meantime, has anyone else had this issue?

Just a follow-up - we resolved the issue. vegasheat tried to activate WikiRobot on another computer, or something vital about his computer has changed (e.g. he formatted it, changed motherboard, etc.). In these kind of cases we need to reset license to allow activation on the new (changed) computer. Everything will work after that.
