I note that wikipedia is supposed to be no follow but in Spyglass they are shown as high value links. If my domain is referenced on someone elses wiki page then do I get juice or no???
I agree, Wiki links can be a big boost, regardless of follow status. They can also drive very high quality direct traffic to your site. It's hard to get them to stick for any length of time though.
They won't stick if they are linking to a spam blog surely... That's a bit off topic but a spam blog has limited shelf life anyway.

I posted 2 links on Wikipedia to some sites (One a Squidoo lens, the other just a Wordpress blog and timed (roughly) how long it took for them to come down. The links were up for maybe 20 minutes before they both got taken down.
I got 1 click out of either of them.
