1 - Don't make false accusations out of your ass. BHW does NOT condone this behavior which is exactly WHY this thread is here so that an investigation can be launched.

2 - Do you really want to imply that we are here just to get free shit and screw over members? Really? Really? Show me where. Seriously. In fact, please do tell me. Because I paid a shit load of money for the GEAS software that the WhyWork team released. No freebies over here.

3 - Thanks for the lesson on how to do our job. A ban may be inevitable but that will be OUR decision, not yours. And it will be AFTER both sides are investigated. Not just one.

4 - Read the rules again. Public bitching/complaining etc., about staff is not allowed.

If you have a problem with the due process that we go through then there's the door. I'll be happy to shove you in that direction.

I can post information that was located on the paypal account that I sent $$ to. It was linked back to a personal site with a business number. When I called the number some hispanic lady picked up sounding confused saying she doesn't know anything.

I'm down for spending a few bucks to get my $$$ back.

btw - i wanted to purchase both secretsubmit and whywork's email software , save my money. Sorry to hear about the gentleman who lost $3k , its really huge money.

Seriously, whywork's "customer support" leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered GEAS Lite. Took roughly a week (after paying) to get setup. It worked roughly as advertised once I did get setup so fine, whatever.

But then during his server move (or whatever happened) a few months ago everything stopped working and he posted in his forums that we had to IM him with our paypal info to get re-setup.

Long story short, he didn't respond to any IMs over the course of a week and his status message changed to and from various excuses as to why he was unavailable. I finally just canceled when his message changed to (paraphasing) "if you're im'ing me about geas lite, don't. not right now" ORLY?

Meh. Waste of money to someone who clearly didn't deserve it. I'd be wary of anything of his.

1st I got geas lite from bearymania(moderator in training now on BHW ) he sold me the software even if he knew there was an issue with gmails and that there wasn't going to be any updates for the lite, I never made a penny with it so I was forced to upgrade to studio just because they said it works just fine and it will make 10x the investment. results: 100s of dollars more in proxies and emails for something that doesn't work. bearymania ansdwhyworks stopped answering my messages. my studio does not work no matter what set up I do, it doesn't send one email.

/bearymania had a thread selling geas so I don't know why he's keeping his mouth shut now and I don't know why he's a moderator. he needs to speak up if he knows anything. Fuck that

one more thing is if we all file a complaint with paypal and explain we were sent a link to pay with and never chose for it to be sent as gift. then maybe we have a chance to get our money back. I paid with a credit card thru paypal and I will get my money back but I want to see all getting their refunds or chargebacks. please reply.

Then he needs to post something on this thread. and his reasons why. The fact he's not answering me means he's one of them. as far as I'm concerned I'm his customer

Im a paying customer and have yet to see any real promise from this guy and his team.. lets see what the future holds..

For the record, I apologize for mentioning FirstRate in my post. I never intended to call him out on anything, I am just upset with how things have turned out so far.. the only part he had was trying to help me make money online - he recommended a few things, those things failed to work for me (and I accept that it could partly be due to my inaction at times, but I DID take action and saw failures due to half-working or broken products) and it was wrong for me to associate him with whywork in such a way.

The reason he was mentioned was because he referred me, we were going to catch up in person a couple times and it ended up falling through (he flaked).. he claimed to be making $x,xxx a day with whyworks products and me not achieving such successes created envy towards him.

I don't believe he is a scammer, and whywork for that record either..

Hope this cleared some things up.

And no, Firstrate this isn't a bid for me to mend a friendship. I just know that at times I write things that I regret writing, hit post, and then edit it because it's really not a logical thing to be saying.. it's an emotionally driven comment.

And I wasn't trying to blame you for my failures. I was partly blaming you for the referral to a product that was not only extremely expensive but also had a very short lifespan.

Whywork is a complete arsehole. I made a WU payment for the desktop version of GEAS, it worked for about a week and then flaked, never heard anything more from him again. However the reason all this has been kept quiet is because he has a small army of mods on his forum like first rate that were doing all his clean up work and also threats were made by whywork to members that if they said anthing detrimnetal to his product they would have their licences revoked without refund. At this point I just moved on. This guy deserves everything thats coming to him. He has fleeced so many people I know out of serious cash. I can't believe its only now that this is coming out.

There should be a new rule stating only people who are the developer of the program or the owner of the program to be able to sell their products. Bearymania wasn't the owner or developer of the GEAS lite and yet he was able to sell it in the B/S/T? I don't understand why that was allow. To me it seem like a scheme when you think about. Why did bearymania resell the GEAS lite and not whywork. Whywork could of easily add that to his thread or pay again for another thread to sell it but yet Bearymania was selling it and not whywork. Why is that? Even though whywork gave him his approve why didn't he do it himself he could of easily done that himself. And cash in all the profit instead giving a cut. I know bearymania is getting a cut or something out of it. You wouldn't pay the fee just to sell someone else product and take all the responsible and hassle just to help someone out for free.

All I know if that all the people who used to be in the whywork team are not part of the team anymore. I remember AIMing them and asking them for help they be like we are not part of whywork but wouldn't state their reason or so. These people need to speak up on why they aren't part of the team no more.

Anyway MOD I think you should consider a new rule for the B/S/T and only let people who are the owner/developer of the software/script/code to sell their product. You shouldn't allow any reseller to sell the product if they are not the owner/developer of the software/script/code. I don't care even if they have the rights to sell it you shouldn't allow them to. If the reseller going to sell the product why wouldn't the owner himself do it and cut off the middle man. Anyway I hope I didn't offend anyone or anything. But this is just how I see things.
