-thebigeweb let's say i have website which gives review on xbox games and
i don't find niche related aged domains to get backlinks so Can I buy expired tech related niche domains and then create into relevant niche site with quality content + social signals and then after sit for few weeks 301 that tech domain to money site and continue sending links to 301 domain !
Is that right way to do that, Since I can't find any related niche domains to create PBNs. therefore, feeling helpless. !

The idea should be to either buy niche relevant for immediate redirects or non relevant ones to follow this procedure.

That's fine. I would actually leave it longer than a few weeks though. More like a couple of months. Let google soak up the new niche first. This way it will be much more effective.
