Why we should all support/like the OWS movement

most of you are betraying yourselves with your own patriotism. the foreclosure crises notes were sold to fannie mae and freddie mac - they are the government; and guess what? the notes are only serviceable through fha unless a buyer comen in with 20% down which is rare - this makes you peasants paying money on loans and interest to the government on money that never existed.just like any 3rd world country, the government now owns your land.

american oil companies now control production in iraq - you payed the bill for them to get control, but you still paying 4 bucks a gallon.

now, under nafta mexican truck drivers can deliver as far north as canada. this is expected to destroy the american trucking industry in the next ten years. botton line, multi-national companies can hire illegals but you cant.

i could go on forever, but i call you patriots the traders. the ones who bought into the two-party paradigm and somehow believe changing a president will change a system.

it doesnt matter what ows is doing - doing any fucking thing is a good thing.

Less than that and better than any other developed/1st world country (by about 50% in most instances)...

Actually the majority of them were packaged up and securized an sold off to municipalities and such.... fannie and freddie were not huge buyers of those products.

I leave for several hours and you guys, hijack this into a politcal debate. WTF.

Well thats because in EU we pay abt 70% tax on gas might depend on country a bit.

But some of the statements of corruption being "ok" is just fucked up. I don't blame anyone for cheating the system BUT at the moment the top players just own almost everything so it doesn't matter if they get caught they will not get judged by the goverment system because they and their corruption buddies own the whole system pretty much Same people control IMF, UN, EU and USA so what you are going to do ?

Now there are upcoming some bills in EU which gives people right to suggest new bill if 5 million sign it. I doubt too many of those are going to go nowhere since people are definitely going to suggest "wrong" for the people in power.

If id have a chance i would gladly burn their families and shoot them in balls to not re produce and show them that this ain't going to fly, there will certainly be new fuckers but in time they will learn :)

But till then its better to work hard and enjoy life :P

I don't know what the whole movement is about (didn't read up into it and I don't watch TV so I don't get to hear the bullshit on the news).

All I will say is, if they're protesting against Wall Street - then good on them. If they're protesting for a free ride: STFU and get to work.

But if they are after a more fair and less corrupt Wall Street (and not a 'free ride') then I think we should all be in agreement. I am not even in the US (born there but haven't been in 14 years) but I have read enough to know about the corruption of Wall Street.

So if someone is going to throw a riot against them, I am all for it. These people earn money in ways that are not to be appreciated as 'normal'. They do it in the wrong ways. They are very different to people who have a great idea, or product, or service - and work hard to make their money. Those people EARN it. The big guys on Wall Street do NOT.

Just an IMO. I think the US would be much better off had it not been for Wall Street and all of the money within that space.

PS: These guys can try and 'get a job' all they want, and as sad as it is for me to say it -- "it won't help". The US is too far gone now. The debt is too big, they won't repay it unfortunately. A time will come where things will be bad. Like I said, unfortunately this isn't a case of maybe, it's a case of 'when'. You can hold accountable the huge corportations who control the Government, and the financial system that is primarily made to create debt.

But when theres not a job you go out and try to at least make money on your own. Like I said in the first post, even if you dont have a computer to get started you can go to the library and use a pc there to create a blogspot account with adsense.

I dont think everyone in this OWS movement is lazy. I mean, when someone goes up someone else must go down. That's just logic. For example, you cant expect every restaurant to succeed in a city with massive population. There will be popular and famous restaurants but there will be other restaurants that fail as well.

You can't just tell these people to go to IM, there are a lot of web entrepreneurs make money indeed but there are a lot of others who don't. In terms of percentage, im quite sure there will be always more of failed IMers compared to successful ones. Do you think all these people in OWS will be as successful as you guys by just "working hard", as simple as that? Really?

If making thousand of dollars for you is easy, trust me, it won't be easy for these people (especially those who dont have passion on it). just like it's easy to do some acrobatic jumps for some people but you probably would find it very hard to do.

It's not only about hard work or brain or whatever you think the cause is, some people just dont understand how to make money by themselves. A lot of people out there, i mean anywhere, love to chase careers and never have thought to become entrepreneurs. You cant force them to be entrepreneurs. True that they might be lazy but im quite sure not everyone in that movement is lazy. There are several public figures supporting this movement and they might make more money than you guys...

I also have to disagree regarding corporate greed that ships job overseas to china. It's globalization, so this kind of thing is unavoidable. If apple or dell or whatever dont ship job overseas, would you want to pay $5000 for an iphone 4s? Nope, you would just buy samsung galaxy nexus for 25% price of that because samsung would still pay workers in china. When you see your competitors created jobs overseas, you can't do anything else but to do the same. You would go bankrupt otherwise.

The reason the U.S. doesn't have enough employment is due to the fact companies can't bring in their money from overseas without being heavily taxed.

In this topic people bend over and happily take it in the rear, thank you may I have another?

Let's print more money and start more wars!

These 'lazy' idiots know exactly what they're fighting for. USA is in a massive amount of debt and have no money, yet the people in charge are richer than ever. So that means something has to change.

The United States Federal Reserve is a privately owned business. The United States is getting all of their money from this Federal Reserve, all of which is owed back to the Reserve + Interest. That is what they're fighting against, this corrupt system is exactly what needs to be changed. The fact that they're making money out of thin air with debt attached to it is mind numbing. How in the world do you stop inflation with inflation?

These protesters may be lazy or maybe you're too lazy to listen.
Yep, the "Federal reserve" is about as Federal as federal express.

I hear a lot of the protestors saying they want their college loans wiped out. I payed my college loan back by teaching school one year for each year I received the loan. Anyone can do this.

USA will be fine. All of you IM'ers still make most of your money by targeting USA, don't you?

The economic inequality will be there even 100 years from now.

You have the choice to protest against that 1%, or you can work your ass off and become a part of that 1%.

Funny thing is most of these people don't even know what they're fighting for.

Aren't many of the top 1% in the top,due to the fact that we all put them there. Like the singers, and movie stars.

Convert them to trail biz offers. They will spent $2 to get trail and we will make around $100.. :D

ehhh, I think somebody gave you some bad info. You sound more like a conservative, welcome! Winston Churchill once said (paraphrasing here) If you are not a liberal at a young age, you have no heart, if you are a liberal later in life you're an idiot. Or something to that effect.
You are trying to make something of yourself unlike those people that (some) are getting paid to protest, this is another of those George Soroes(?) attempts to undermine our country as he has done in other countries and BRAGGED about it! a*swipe he is!
Just my 2 cents
