Why we need to use proxy for multiple Instagram accounts?

Hi, I just signed up to this incredible website, sorry if there has already been questions like this, and sorry if my English is not perfect

I have couple of questions because i can't find honest and solid answers on the Youtube and similar websites.

1. I would like to do follow unfollow method on my 5 accounts and 2 accounts from my clients. I know the limits and the limit is not 20 per hour, but it is 99 per hour for both follow and follow ( I've been doing this for the last 10 months, no problems, but i was doing this for only 4 accounts. Is it risky to use Dual Space and similar clone apps for Instagram, because i don't want to risk my client's profiles to get banned, and i have to say that I'm not using any automated software, which gives me opinion that I am "safe" ?

2. I'm reading a lot about those proxies but what I see is that is a must for a people who wants to use automated software and still it is not 100% safe. How Instagram Marketing Agencies can manage 200 accounts without getting ban on their IP or pages? Can i safely do follow/unfollow method somehow on 7 accounts or i have to stop at 5, using regular Instagram app?

3. If i have 2 smartphones, one with 5 accounts logged in and using cellular data, and 5 profile on second phone using Wifi, is it risky to sometimes switch my first phone also to the same Wifi ?

I'm really new in all of this tech things, so please if anyone can help me with direct answers it would be amazing, because I would rather have 3 employees than using automation with 20 proxies (of course if that is possible).

hmm the risk of getting banned always exist while you are using an automation tool especially if you use datacentre proxies

I'm not sure that you answered my question, because I just want to know is is safe for me to have like 3 smartphones with their own internet and run 15 accounts

Use your common sense. Instagram can see IP. If you will use multiple accounts on the same IP and doing shady stuff like mass follow it is clearly suspicious for them. 3 accounts per IP is okay, 5 might be okay too but it is hit or miss - if one of your account will get banned, the rest probably will too.

Thanks for answering. But I never had that problem, so i guess i have to get warned first, like action blocks and stuff ?

In my experience(it was like 1 year ago) first you will get action block/phone verification then ban or immediately ban. Eventually, you can be shadow banned(read about this).
