Why Unfollow?

Hi there, I am new to IG and i see people always talking about follow and unfollow. I dun quite understand when we need to unfollow and then follow again?

you can start unfolow when you reach your follow limit

The IG limit is at 7,5k following, then you'll need to unfollow some of them to start following again.

the reason people follows ton of people is so hopefully those people will FOLLOW back, then after a couple days you unfollow everyone, but they're still FOLLOWING you, then you follow more people, get more follow backs, then repeat, i follow like 500 a day, get like 150-200 follow backs, then unfollow them all the next day, i keep the folllowers, without my "following" number always increasing

Yep, theres no reason to follow people who do not follow you back, and the limit is set at 7.5k.

You don't want to unfollow too fast. Wait at least 1-2 before unfollow. Not all users will check their acc on a daily basis.
