I don't know why this post is not being monetized (I live in the USA).

Check attached photos, it has enough views to be monetized. I have other videos with way less views being monetized.

I asked tiktok but they gave me this answer:

Estimated rewards for the TikTok Creator Rewards Program are calculated based on Qualified Views, multiplied by RPM.

"Qualified Views" refers to the legitimate and unique views for eligible videos that comply with Creator Rewards Program terms. The definition of Qualified Views takes into consideration a number of factors, including video engagement, authenticity of each view, etc.

"RPM" refers to average gross revenue per 1,000 qualified views. RPM is also subject to fluctuation based on several factors (for example, in which region the video is viewed).

Note: not all videos on your account are considered as qualifying for the TikTok Creator Rewards Program. Videos made pre-acceptance are not considered, nor are Livestreams, Duets, Stitches, TikTok Stories, Text and Photo posts, branded content, or videos less than 1 minute (60 seconds) in duration.

Best, The TikTok Team

So I feel something is not right here, what do you think?

Sometimes clearing cache or re-uploading the post can help trigger monetization.

I don't see how clearing cache can fix the problem, however reupload could be a possible solution. But it is sooo annoying to reupload post, they should monetize at 1rst upload....

Honestly, it might not be about the cache at all. TikTok’s algorithm is constantly adjusting, and sometimes videos just take a while to be recognized properly for monetization. It could be an issue with their system, not necessarily your content.

It might also be about the video’s reach in certain regions. Sometimes, even with high views, the right audience or engagement isn’t there for monetization to kick in.

Monetization rules can feel a bit like a black box, but focusing on creating authentic content that sparks conversation usually pays off more in the long run than just chasing views or metrics.
