I bought a computer a couple of months ago with top of the line everything. It was super fast! Now I have been dowloading a bunch of stuff and its slowing right down. I though something with this much juice would just fly through everything. I have anti virus so there is no viruses. Whats the problem and what is the fix thank you!

like you mentioned, maybe your computer got a ton of software, and it effected your system.

Learn how to use your computer!

EDIT:
Here is what I use... all of them are free:
CCLeaner to delete old crap files.
Malwarebytes

Also, make sure to uninstall crap software and everything else you are not using. Use VMs for cracked softs as they will usually fuck up a lot of shit on your system.

Happens to me with my laptops, they run super fast for a few months and then they start slowing down. I run malwarebytes, avg, diskcleanup, defrag, clear internet history, clear cookies, run ccleaner, everything... hardly has any effect

After 5-9 months I always end up having to do a complete system restore to factory settings with my laptops just to get the speed back.

I want to drop an affiliate link so bad, but I must resist the urge.

Regardless, 99% of the computers I fix have either a) a virus/worm/etc b) malware c) WAY too many start up processes or d) inadequate hard drive space.

Check out all of them first, if that all fails- REFORMAT.

hi,
sometime same problem is with me.
i do.
1.open run and type'%temp%'
and delete all the temporary files.
2.type'temp' and delete all files here.
3.you should delete cookies.but it not effect more.
4.disk clean up.
5.open task manager and look all the processes.
there is always 1 or 2 programs like.exe run afetr closing that program.
end this process.

good luck

peace.

keep "documents" and other files (pictures / videos / etc.) on a separate partition from the OS and program files (separate hard drive if you can)

Make a clean installation and give yourself a 'guest' access rights, that will solve the problem on a long run.

Is there an easy way of deleting everything off a pc and make it as if it just came out of the factory ?

Have 1 laptop and 1 computer that I'd like to have nothing on anymore.

A full reformat will do. Google how to do it. I would recommend windows 7, and also don't forget to download all the required drivers, if you don't have it on a CD already.

Put together a list of all the necessary software, settings, and tweaks you want as your "baseline" install. Reformat, get it tweaked and setup according to that list.

Get norton ghost. I believe they abandoned it for some stupid reason, but get the most recent cracked version, make a backup image. When your computer gets all fucekd up restore that image instead of a reformat.
