That happens to me all the time. Delete some Porn and it usually helps. If not I just shake it violently. That seems to always get things done.

I've been using Windows 7 for a year now(my latest reformat). I doesn't get slow with more softwares running, the speed remains the same as it was during after the reformat.
Not all WIndows slow down. I've been installing on average one software a week for a year. Still fast.
Macbook pro i7, 2.66 ghz, 8gb ram, and 512gb SSD.

DAMN, my PC is now like twice as fast after running tune up utilities. This is absolutely AWESOME! thanks for the reccommendation!
