Why so much delay in BST approval?

I have submitted the thread and answered all the necessary Questions
It has been over 8hrs now but I have not gotten a feedback from the review team.
I need my thread to go live so that I can start selling ASAP

BHW professionally test your sales thread and they have a lot of them to get through. Maybe check back in a week or two, 8 hours and complaining is mad.
