yes 25$ for google developer account, if you're going to reskinning apps , sorry to say that you're too late dude people made million of dollars before new google policies , now they banned accounts for a simple mistake,

i didn't ,but i've made 500k dollars from 2011 to the end of 2017, which is half of a million dollars how about that ?
05/09/2018 now i can't even get a full 5k dollars a month. even if i did , they banned my admob accounts or the google play account.

Better ill show in few months, I err last months to become white hat with games or screen lockers and that was huge mistake. I am going back to hard blackhat, even harder than I made ever.Damn , Ummmm that motivates me a lot .

Man have you ever got your app banned for the malicious behavior? I got mine, but the thing is I don't do any black hat tricks like showing ads outside of the app, or similar stuff.Better ill show in few months, I err last months to become white hat with games or screen lockers and that was huge mistake. I am going back to hard blackhat, even harder than I made ever.

App business is a lot tougher now with bigger players already saturated the market while reskin is still alive BUT and I repeat BUT comes with a BIG risky price. With reskin, if you get ban in one, you get banned in ALL.
This is what I have learned so far if you want to succeed in reskin business as at today:
- You must get someone from fiverr to re-create a trending game but with 1 or 2 added features
- You need to gather your own audience from the various social media platforms or get shout-out from an account with lots of active gamers
- Try SKILLZ (it might just work for you)
- Make a very good compelling video of the game and promote the video (Video does so well nowadays)
- If you can, avoid admob ad so you don't loss revenue in the event that Google Play does block your app, meaning you can still earn from existing installs
There is still a lot more but finally if you truly and truly want to make fast ROI, you just need to source for someone with millions of social media followers, this is what happened to "Color Switch" owner which gave him the break-through even though there where must better games than color switch

but day by day gplay more hard to understand,
mine just spam guide and every my apps got trending and top free, they always suspend my app , later after 2-3 day another app will suspend tho, i'm just upload 10 gudie for one acc btw and now all of my 3 gdev acc suspend,
i agree with option you told before, but beside that, you must deal with google review, like is your app keyword have similiar with top brand,
also i think, google will take care about guide spam ,not know but my friend still make money with this spamming guide, just play with common keyword and he safe..

my apps just wallpaper, ringtones, and guide. but i've focused on guide app for 2018, and i'll say it makes good money for admob
