I'd rather pay someone $3/hour who will be grateful for the job and work hard than pay some moron in a Western country with a sense of entitlement $15/hour to do the job half assed.

Having lived 17 years in Asia most folks are hard workers who have zero government handout benefits to support them - moreover most will work all hours and still have time for a smile...

I do not said that they're not hard workers. What I am trying to say is why they work cheap when the client is willing to pay more than that.

I'd hardly consider $37.5/day to be considered slave labor.
Correct me if I am but slaves don't have a say in what they do, whereas freelancers are actually looking (and grateful) for work.

No. What you call slave labor for someone else may mean that he doesn't get hungry in the night. The assertion that it 's "slave" labor insinuates it should be banned, so that "you" (not you personally, generalizing) can get that job instead of him by force (and who cares if he gets hungry).
People trading freely is always a win-win situation.

The jobs I quoted + the VA, SEO, SMM (and other) jobs on oDesk are very cheap (not because of the money) but because of the work they want to be done on that price. I can do $3/hour job if it's worth the time but when someone was paying me after x days and after x and x conditions are met then what should I call those jobs?
I understand that $3/hour is a good amount for someone who lives in Asia but my point is why work hard and provide quality services on a cheap price when the employer can pay you more.

It 's how trade works. The buyer 's job is to find the lowest price he can for a given quality and the seller 's job is to find the biggest price they can get for that work. Where those two meet, you have a deal.
That 's a law, not by some government but by human action itself. Suppose you magically got every seller to agree that their minimum price would be (say) $10. Well, others willing to work for less will simply fill the void in demand and the previous force will get out of the market.
Now suppose you magically got every seller and every future seller to set prices at $10. what would happen? Some jobs would be filled and many would simply not be filled at all, meaning many of the people that have work now would simply not have at all. In essence you 'll be giving their 3$ to those few who 'll get $10.

I was selling one product $100 each, every day price of that product was decreasing by $2 due to really high competition and very high demand in the market. Now that product is available for $0.75 per unit. This is called competition and you have to live with it, if anything is not worth your time better leave it and move on to something else which is profitable.

Both of them provide same quality (that's why they're working for months on same job). The only difference between people living in Asia or in western countries is their living cost, no?

Unfair? Really? By who 's judgment? Obviously not those who are in the deal, or they wouldn't be. You think it "unfair" for you because you are not in the deal.
You (and me) don't "deserve" anything. This is no paradise with apples growing on trees and snakes hissing happily around them. If you want something you must be productive. And the amount you "deserve" is exactly the amount of money you can get from your production; no more, no less.
If it were the same quality, he would have no reason to employ the expensive one. Obviously, he delivers more (even if it is for example "better communication" or more "compatible hours" or whatever).
