But some people are saying never buy Youtube views because Youtube say for example this video just got 30,000 Views and not a one of them stayed for longer then 15 seconds, this video probably isn't wroth like ranking in search, SO HOW ABOUT THIS???

Its all about the money mate.
Why do you buy followers on any social media? Its to feel accomplished and in most cases its with money on mind, theyre thinking theyre gonna spend 10 bucks here but theyre gonna make 30 later.
This goes for whatever form of liking on the social media were refearing to. whatever is likes, follows, retweets, etc.

It's good to combine it with other methods, like organic traffic. Meaning you wouldn't want BOT views to be your ONLY source. You'd want to combine it with other means.

High View = People Visited your link video/channel = people subs you

No, what makes people subs to your channel is the quality of your video, not how many views you have or you get. the content is the king

To make their channel look reputable. People are uninterested of videos with low view count. Buying views will be good for a kickstart but make sure that the site you're buying it from uses natural views (ex: BuyRealMarketing) to boost your channel, also it would be a big help to rank your videos higher.
