Why only 400-500 views

TT have no such limits, you need to check uploading new videos and see if it happens again.
All videos I upload are limited to between 400-500 views. This is new account on separate phone that’s using new SIM card and I’m uploading through 4g only. I have multiple phones. I’m trying to test different things.
I came to conclusion that TT somehow knows that I have multiple accounts spread out across multiple phones and this is causing this limitation.
When I started my first TT account I posted cat video compilations and each video was getting different number of views - one got 10, next 4,000 next 500 next 14k.
I then created another account on the same phone and each video got similar limitations around 250 views on each video I posted.
Has anyone found solution to this?

I launched an upload account using a smartphone with an US IPv4 socks 5 proxy and another 100% laptop IPv4 https proxy Brazil IP.
I find a similarity on the management of the two accounts at the moment. I only get maximum 900 views on two videos personally create on the US IP smartphone account...

Don't use the same device for two accounts, your accounts will be Shadowbanned.
Yeah I found that having 2 or more accounts on the same device definitely gets you penalised in terms of views.
When I start second account on the same device I get no views. BUT if I play the video I want to post on my laptop and record it through my phone and then post that recorded video I do get views. I post two videos recorded like this and then upload videos edited on my laptop and I get views.
But the views are limited normally around 200-300 views AND as I’m scrolling through feed TikTok shows me my videos basically trying to get me to pay to promote them.
But why am I getting limited views on new device that only has one account on it.
i don’t know if this is because of TikTok knows it’s me or it’s because of the type of content I post. I download images of hot girls from Instagram and I make 8 second slide show with background music out of it. I see lot of other accounts doing this on TikTok and they get millions of views.
Another way TikTok could be tracking you is through your IP address. Use different proxies for each account.

TikTok doesn't limit it but in my experience, new accounts have much less videos showing up on the ForYou page. I would recommend waiting a few days before uploading videos to the new account.
If you have created a new account, try to be active with it first. Like some videos, write comments, like other comments, follow some other people, etc. (without spamming, it should be natural). After 3-5 days you can upload your first video and you will have better results. Of course, it also depends on your content.
Yes I’ll do that when I create next account but I’ll also use proxy. The content I’m posting is images of models from instagram which I make into 8 second slideshow with TT trending background music.

Create a new account and use 4G Proxy with that account and see if you experience similar limitations. However, I must say that you have not uploaded enough videos to be able to come with this conclusion. I recommend uploading more videos on dailiy basis to make such assumptions.

Ok bro, thanks for the useful advice (that you already gave 1000 times). Now I will proceed and buy the 4G proxies that you advertise in your signature in a subtle way everytime you comment on every tiktok thread, saying that we need 4G proxies (preferabely yours, right?
).
Why do I need proxies? I'm not sure i understand it clearly. My understand is that proxy hides your actual IP address. If I use 4G proxy then I appear like a real phone user and 4G proxies should be used for account creation and management. If I want to appear I'm in USA for example then I buy USA proxy.
But I'm finding that proxies are expensive. Why can't I just buy iphone with smashed screen for cheap and buy simcard with 4g data for one account and then buy another cheap phone and simcard for another phone. This would workout much cheaper than paying for proxies.
Would this not work?

maybe you should change your content or hashtags? search a little more and find the right hashtags for your content, also see what your audience like and post depending on that
I think the account is doing pretty good now got almost 50k likes 5k followers.
