When buying Jr. Vip you have to select your country.

Actually, you do. I had to pay an increased tax (because of V.A.T) for being from Europe.

But that's not BHW's fault, it's just that in the UK we have a VAT rate of 20%

No, they do not pay more, they pay the same amount and, by law, BHW collects VAT.

It is sort of semantics in a sense; BHW only charges 97.00 USD. The VAT is not a charge for JR Vip, it is a tax that is levied by the Government.
I don't know the ins and outs of the VAT but, since I own a couple of businesses in Europe that are managed by others on my behalf, I know we collect it and pass it on, but we certainly do not charge it.

Yes, in the UK we pay $116.40.
But BHW only gets $97.
The extra 20% is VAT, which the government receives.
EDIT: I must have been writing at the same time as BTB, hence the duplication.
