Why my Youtube rank are like this?

Hi all, this is my first post on BHW. I`m still newb in IM and trying to use youtube + blogspot + squeeze page + article directory as my IM medium.

Here is what it all about. Last 4 days i upload 3 video on youtube. I fully monetize 1 of it and not doing much with the other two. However, today as i check for my keyword on youtube, my 2nd and 3rd video got to page 2 & 3 on youtube while my main video (Video 1) are nowhere to be found for my keyword. Here is what i do with my videos,

Video 1 :
Title : Keyword + Product Name + Keyword
Length: 4.20 minutes
Description : Long(more than 100 words) + Keywords + Link to squeeze page
Tag: Keyword + some filler
Traffic Views: Bombard it with vagex + twitter + facebook = 4K of views
Likes + Comment : Vagex + Addmefast = 100+ likes
Rank : no where to be found (checked until page 15 on youtube for my keyword)

Video 2 & 3:
Title : Keyword + Product Name + Filler
Length: Video 2:1.30 Minutes , Video 3: Less than 1 Minutes
Description: Short (not more than 50 words) + 1 or 2 Keyword use + Link to vendor page
Tag: Same as Video 1
Traffic views: Not doing anything (hope for organic view only) = < 10 views [most of it are my view,some from organic traffic view]
Likes + Comments: 0 (no comment or likes)
Rank : Video 2 at page 3 and video 3 at page 2

So, anyone had any idea why is my 1st video not rank well despite what i'm doing to it while the other 2 are ranking quite well for the same keywords? And perhaps give me some suggestions to make my main video appear in page 1 or 2 in youtube.

FYI, i'm promoting product from clickbank and this is my first project actually.

Way too competetive keyword imo. Plus you have absolutely 0 backlinks. I would ask you to show me the video, but you can't send pm yet.

How to check my backlink?... Currently i use addmefast re-tweet and FB post share function with my YT link in the post...is this consider backlinking? And yes..i do get traffic from twitter and FB but i don't know if this is from the addmefast re-tweet/FB share or other sources cause idk where to check it.

It could be because you started boosting the video immediately. I would suggest to wait a few days before the boosting. Also, the video seems copied from somewhere? That could be a problem too..

Yes, the video is rip off from their old main site (i got it from vimeo) and i just adjusted the slide with the sound only...

Do we really need to wait few days before boosting the video cause i start boosting it just after i upload the video ( maybe one of the newb mistake i make) :bed3:

I find a short, keyword optimized video description helps with the ranking. Also make sure you create do follow links not just no follow i.e. twitter & facebook = no follow

Ive got same problems. Video which I wanna rank doesnt rank at all. Im building quality backlinks , like , views , comments and it is ranking worse than these BS videos with 20 views and 10 char descrp.

It can have a lot to do with how competitive your niche is. At first I thought maybe your boosted view were having a adverse effect. On a scale from 1 to 10, how optimized would you say your videos are? There are small details that you can employ such as using a HD/HQ video, naming the actual video file you upload with your keywords, or even having your keywords in your channels name.

From what i have done: keyword in title, description and tag + comments and likes + bombard views + keyword in video name before uploading = i will give the around 6 to 7 over 10 rating.

Well, by defining what you mean by copy, do it mean just rip 100% the video content and re-upload it?... If that was it, then i will say no cause i only use their video voice (edited) and put the video content by myself (slides).

This is completely wrong. The sooner you start to boost your video, the better. Do it immediatelly. And the first thing you want to do is to synchronize everything. Because in my opinion, you add views, when they are done you add likes and then you wait and nothing happens.

Optimization is basics, if you can't do that properly, learn how to do it properly, before even uploading another video.

You are promoting clickbank product and you just copy the video from the old site, don't add anything of value and just upload it and expect miracles. There are most likely TENS of videos like this. I seriously doubt you even wrote unique video description.

Another thing. Where are the favorites? Right, nowhere.

If you want results, upload quality and interesting content, not just some rip offs. That's absolute waste of resources. Even some power point presentation would convert better.

And I would sincerely want to know the keyword you are trying to rank for, I am 90% positive it's beyond your financial capabilities (at least for the moment) to rank it. I guess it's something like Fat Loss Factor Review etc.

Well , i make them all simultaneously . Views + likes + comment + wait = all in one time setting using various source like addmefast , vagex , youlikehits etc. Different source different function. e.x vagex for views only, addmefast for likes and so on.

Are this method wrong(one time boosting set up)?

Yes, i did rip off the video but the original video content were about 15 - 20 minutes long so i use window movie maker, make the video sound (the people who is talking in background in that video) as background sound of my video presentation, add some slides i made with power point (most of the slide is made from pictures from vendor site resource and also words that i save as pictures) and
i also add some background music(this music already got their CC license to be use as commercial values).

And my video total time after finish editing is only around 4 minutes. The video description is a spin article from my article that i wrote for Goarticle and Article Base directory + some simple editing (to reduce the words from 500+ to 100-200 words only).

I'm quite sure i got around 58 favorites now and will try to add more this weekend. Well, it's not organic but yes, i think it clearly state on youtube that i got some favorite with my video.

Are you mean i need to just put some slide picture with only music background? Are this is better? If so, i will do that from now on.

Well, i do have a copy in excel of my keyword research and i can give you the statistic:

Based on Google Adwords Keywords tools: (i use the exact search [keyword/niche] to find my longtail keyword) by local monthly search. The value i set for the search is varies between 1K - 10K.

Main Keyword:
Exact: 2,340
Inurl: 23,600
Intitle: 45,800
At search engine: 762,000 result

2nd Keyword:
Exact: 57,200
Inurl: 4,380
Intitle: 4,940
At search engine: 1,950,000 result

3rd Keyword:
Exact: 67,800
Inurl: 1,240
Intitle: 1,810
At search engine: 3,180,000 result

And some other keyword that i use as icing for my article. (i found total of 37 keywords to be use and filter them until i got 7 of the best low competitive keyword)

And i think you can guest what my keyword is with this data alone.

Your videos are 4 minutes long. How long are the views you are using in Vagex? I am sure that you set it up to 30 seconds, didn't you? Now there's your answer, read something more about high retention views.

And about that competition. Inurl and intitle etc are absolutely useless if you want to rank on youtube.
And these numbers are way too high if you are not doing any kind of backlinks to those videos.

If there wasn't some kind of update when it comes to youtube kw tool, then it is absolutely useless.
Use google keyword tool, but that isn't there to measure competition. It will just tell you what search amount your keyword have.
