Why my Pinterest account is in LOOP?

I've started my pinterest journey 5 months ago, but my account and website is 4 years old, i was growing good, after the major update of pinterest when pinterest was down on 20th October 2025, My account got stuck in 2k to 3k impressions per day loop.
any expert or experience member here who can tell me whats going on.
I am really confuse, i posted pins systematicly didnt rush to pins, starting of my 4th month i started to pin 32 pins daily, and in these 5 months i didnt skipped a day to pin high quality pins. And i never got any kind of Ban yet.
What's the problem can anyone tell me?

yes this was because of new update, and it didnt hurt the visibility infact i am getting more outbond clicks with that only 2k-3k impressions where i was getting that much clicks from 4k-5k impressions.

Yes, i'm consistently pinning, i'll mix old and new content as you said, and also engage with other pins, i've also started pinning video pins to get out of this plateau, i think i also have to spend 1-2 hours in a day searching and exploring other pins and commenting liks etc. Thank you

It sounds like the update reset some engagement metrics continuing consistent, high quality pinning and experimenting with timing or formats usually helps break the plateau.

How frequently do you add new contents to your website?
