Last year, I thought I cracked Nutra scaling in Eu.
Clean ads. Legal offer. 100% compliant funnel.

But the platform thought otherwise.
Story:
Week 1: 4% CTR, €5,000/day spend, conversion rate solid.
Day 8: BOOM - account disabled. Ads flagged for "misleading content" and "circumventing systems."
But I didn’t run fake claims, no scammy creatives.

After days of restlessness and mental breakdown, I found out the reason:
1. Auto-translation screwed us over.
The ad copy was machine translated. Turns out, some phrases in DE & FR sounded like medical guarantees. Instant ban trigger.
2. LP missing basic compliance.
No company address, no privacy terms in local language. To Meta’s automated review, we looked like a scam.

What fixed it:

✔️ Used native copywriters instead of Google Translate.
✔️ Added full compliance info: privacy policy, company address, refund terms.
✔️ Pre-screened ads using Creative Hub and manual checks.

Result:
Rebuilt in 3 weeks.
Now spending €8K/day, 2 markets, 0 bans so far.

Totally get it ,EU compliance is ruthless. Native copy and local LP tweaks make all the difference. Glad you got it back on track.

Are you using a rental advertising account, or are you using a purchased account?

Congratulations on not only identifying the root of the problem but also recovering stronger. It's no small feat to be able to increase to 8,000 euros/day without being banned.

Facebook is now using AI to detect violations, so it often misses them even if the ads have been running smoothly for a while.

You can add another backup, such as creating ad campaigns with small budgets to maintain daily (this can both test new campaigns to see if they are effective, and can be an immediate alternative when the main ad account has problems and is restricted).

Native copy and local LP tweaks make all the difference
Absolutely, it really opened my eyes to how one tiny phrase can flip everything in EU markets.
Curious though, have you seen better results with native copy across all GEOs, or just strict ones like DE/FR?

advertising in europe is very high, due to their high taxes and consumption levels, as well as their spending almost any product advertising applied in europe is subject to index or advertising budget will be higher than in other southeast asian countries

So in your opinion, is there any way to optimize ad budgets in Europe while still maintaining good performance?

First of all you use your account or rent, EU compliance is very strict. Original vs local LP edit makes a difference. Glad you got things back on track.

Great breakdown — it really shows how small details like native copy and proper compliance pages can make or break campaigns. Thanks for sharing the fix, it’s a good reminder that automation often misses cultural and legal nuances.

Your story is very realistic. Many people subjectively use auto-translate or lack compliance, so it is easy to get red flags. Your move to native copywriter + adding full policies is a very good step.

I think rotating creatives regularly is usually more effective for keeping campaigns alive, since it helps reduce ad fatigue.

Where did you find that copywriter? we usually have to use gg translate to do that, it sucks :weep:

Solid recovery story  native copywriters + compliance pages make a huge difference. Auto-translate is a ban trap for sure . Thanks for sharing the fix ;) :smirk:.

I am still running nutra ads in mexico, europe us and it is still working very well.

You could initially work with five advertising accounts, spending €1,000 on each, and if one were blocked, you would still have four left. On Facebook, you can never rely on just one advertising account, as it can be blocked for completely harmless reasons.
