Why many users have stop using fiverr

Stopped buying in fiverr a year ago and swap to upwork.. Same issue in upwork too..

here the new update so fiverr will lost more people

- As per the Fiverr TOS Nov 2020 update -
So a buyer has to pay following amounts for the listed order prices below !
$5 : $7.25 (earlier it was $7)
$10 : $12.5 (earlier it was $12)
$15 : $17.75 (earlier it was $17)
$20 : $23 (earlier it was $22)
$25 : $28.25 (earlier it was $27)
$30 : $33.5 (earlier it was $32)
$35 : $38.75 (earlier it was $37)
$40 : $44 (earlier it was $42)
$45 : $49.25 (earlier it was $47.25)
$50 : $52.5 (same fee from $50 upwards)

So it no more fiverr.

Seems they are slowly discouraging sale of low price gigs.

1st point is we paying unnecessary commission for each and every transaction by both buyer and seller. nowadays a lot of sellers are not delivering quality work.

haha no bro, i have all 5stars review and i'm very professional on my work

That doesn't mean anything. Maybe the algorithm changed, your gig isn't in demand anymore, competition increased, etc. There's still a ton of people using fiverr. Considering they have an estimated 60 million visits/month (https://www.similarweb.com/website/fiverr.com/#overview), I can't see why you would think people stopped using them because they stopped ordering from you.

Sellers with longer review history is likely to survive. It's just not that no one is buying from the platform. Rather, saturation has made it harder for sellers to penetrate their way up. This would continue as long as Fiverr remains free to use/sign up.

With the so much competition! Plus you will keep getting negative reviews once in a while and there will always be someone better than you ranking gigs. Now fiver is like, designer's Google. Ranking comes and goes!

I think that because even if you go and check buyer request there are no more request from buyers as before. Plus my sales are down an since i have a 5star reviews, i think maybe people have stoped using feverr

Fiverr is a publicly traded company (https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/FVRR/) and won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Either your gig is not in demand anymore, there's too much competition, or their algorithm changed and your gig doesn't appear on searches like they used to. You have to figure that out, but there's still money to be made there.

@HoNeYBiRD summed it up perfectly.

It's not like Fiverr would be dying or something: https://investors.fiverr.com/press-...es-Fourth-Quarter-and-Full-Year-2019-Results/. This is data regarding to 2019, there's a 48% revenue increase compared to 2018. Active buyers went from 2M to 2.4M. Average yearly spending per buyer went from $145 to $170. They were predicting a 30-32% revenue growth for 2020, although i'm not sure how the covid-19 situation affected them. Probably it had the same effect as in the camming industry (more performers started to stream), an influx of sellers appeared outta fucking nowehere, which is an increased competition obviously.

Orders from fiverr are less .So it may be the reason

I am using 4 years fiverr
